Sport And Health Lifestyle.

Health is the most important thing. "Health is the greatest wealth." wise people say. You can't be good at your studies or work well when you are ill.
And I think health lifestyle is eat and drink with measure and go in for sport. First of all I'd like to speak about one of the health problems, health food. Because today we continue to stuff ourselves with fast food chips and pizzas, hamburgers and hot dogs. We are always in a hurry. We have no time to enjoy a home-cooked dinner with family and friends. We want to eat now and we want to eat fast.
What is tasty is not always healthy. Doctors say that chips and pizzas fatting, cola spoils our teeth and coffee shortens our lives.
If eat too much, we'll become obese, and obesity leads to heart disease diabetes and other serious illness. But unfortunately the world is getting fatter and fatter. And it is also common knowledge that smoking and drinking can shorten our lives dramatically. Cigarette-smoking for example kills about 3 million people every year.
Second. Lack of exercise is another serious problem. Most of us spend hours in front of computers and TV-sets. Few of us do morning exercises. We walk less because we prefer to use cars or public transport.
Research shows, however, that young people, who don't take enough exercise often suffer from heart attacks. That is why young and other people need sport activities. And to my mind people begin to understand that sport is necessary in our life. Sport can be fun as well and the main thing it helps, to stay in good shape, to keep fit and to be healthy.
Some people do it occasionally-swimming in summer, skiing or skating in winter-but many people go in for sports on a more regular basis. They try to find time to go to a swimming pool or a gym at least once a week for aerobics classes, body building or just work out on a treadmill. Some people jog every morning, some play football. And these people are rich because they are healthy.
